Can you provide proof of licenses and insurances? Yes, we have all of the required documentation, and we are always happy to provide copies of them to any prospective client at anytime. How soon will I be contacted after I open my service ticket? We guarantee that your call or email will receive follow-up by 5:00pm for all ticket requests placed during the business day, and those placed after business hours will be followed-up on by 9:00 am the following morning. “Will my project begin and be completed on time?” Yes. Once the contract is signed and any payments are made according to the agreement reached by the customer and our company, we will provide you with an approximate start date as well as a time frame for completion of the project. There may be some exceptions if for whatever reason we are not able to access to the work site or work area.

For example, during a remodel, there will often be other contractors working on the project, which may cause minor delays because we are not able to safely carryout the prescribed work to the expected standard. Constant and clear communication will be essential to ensure proper scheduling to avoid delays and make the completion process much smoother.

Will there be hidden charges from the original estimate? No. We will review your job with you; we will provide you with a comprehensive quote for your project before we begin our work. If there are any changes made along the way, perhaps you want to add an additional item that we had not previously discussed, a written change order will be formulated, for your review and approval before the additional work is carried out.

This allows us to ensure that both the client and Plus Electric Corporation are always on the same page. If no changes are made to the original agreement, then we will always honor the price originally quoted by our company.

Will you overcharge me? No. When you hire Plus Electric Corporation you can rely on the fact that you are getting the best value for your investment. If you find another contractor doing the same level of work for less money than our company, then they are probably not giving you the same quality service.

Many companies that offer highly discounted work often secretly fail to complete some of the outlined work, and/or they cut corners by using improper materials or doing substandard work, which may result in damage to your home, future expenditure, or both.

Ultimately this means they are not really giving you the work that you asked for and expected for the price that you were quoted.
